Schedule Intake for Services
Schedule services with MPG. Payment is made directly to MPG at the time of service.
Participate in Ongoing Services with Assigned Clinician
Participate in ongoing services with MPG. Payment is made directly to MPG at the time of service.
Superbill
MPG will provide a superbill via email at the end of each month. The superbill contains all the information needed by your insurance company to process your claim.
Claim
Submit superbill to insurance provider via your online portal.
Reimbursement
Insurance will review the claim and provide reimbursement based on out-of-network benefits.
