Caroline Burke, MA


Caroline is currently a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Prior to joining Manhattan Psychology Group, Caroline gained clinical experience across a range of settings, including a public high school, a community-based clinic serving children, adolescents, and families, and a hospital providing care to children and adolescents with chronic medical conditions. These experiences have shaped her warm, collaborative, and integrative approach to treatment and have prepared her to support individuals with a variety of clinical concerns.

Caroline is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care that considers each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Her clinical experience includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as interventions targeting executive functioning, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

Caroline believes that empathy, trust, and collaboration are essential to a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel understood and empowered to develop new skills, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful and lasting growth.
